How shipping works on SalvageFlow

SalvageFlow is an inquiry-based marketplace for used auto parts sold by independent salvage yards and dismantlers ("sellers"). How a part gets to you depends on the part and the seller. A part may ship by small parcel, large parcel, or freight, or it may be available for local pickup or seller-arranged delivery. The exact method, cost, and timing are confirmed with the seller during the inquiry or transaction.

Shipping options

Parts on SalvageFlow generally fall into one of these fulfillment groups. The estimates below are conservative starting points — actual cost and timing are listing- and seller-dependent and are confirmed with the seller before purchase.

Handling & transit estimates

Handling and transit estimates are guidance only. They vary by part size and weight, the seller's location and process, your delivery address, and the carrier. Larger and freight items take longer to prepare and ship. The seller provides the final estimate for your specific part and address.

Local pickup

Many sellers allow local pickup, and some parts are pickup-only. If a part is available for pickup, contact the seller through the listing to arrange a time and confirm the location.

Final shipping & pickup terms

Final shipping cost, pickup arrangements, and delivery timing are confirmed directly with the seller during the inquiry or transaction flow. Please confirm these details before buying.

To ask about shipping or pickup for a specific part, open its listing and use Browse parts to contact the seller, or email support@salvageflow.com.
